Friday I had one of my favorite little girls over for a cooking lesson. She had so much fun I have decided to start a little campaign to let you know I do cooking lessons in your home or mine. My girlfriend suggested that I start doing kids cooking lesson parties. 
Having kids over to learn basic skills in the kitchen is a great way to entertain a group of children for a birthday party or just a social event. On friday we started with a simple chocolate cake with a genache icing and fresh raspberries. Anna had a wonderful time decorating it.
We did a Ceasar salad with homemade croutons and a baked ziti. It was so fun and Mom and Dad came to enjoy the treat thier daughter made. She was so proud to show off what she's learned.
