My son has been sick for the last four days and was really bored. He asked for his favorite Eclairs! So what does a good mom do? Get's in the kitchen and starts baking!
We got started with homebaked eclairs filled with vanilla pastry cream and topped with chocolate genache.Another favorite are my take on Milano cookies. I flavor the chocolate inside these cookies with various essentail oils. This time we used peppermint oil, last time we used blood orange oil, both times they were and are so yummy!
